Warranty

All products sold by Cheapskate Direct come with warranty. Your invoice will serve as proof of purchase – with any warranty as specified on the product listing and your invoice and commencing from the date of purchase, managed through Cheapskate Direct.

Due to the nature of factory seconds, it is a condition of the sale that buyers must be aware that factory second products may have blemishes / marks or scratches. Any returns in regard to such imperfections on factory seconds or refurbished items will not be accepted. Items are inspected by Cheapskate Direct before sale, any notable problems or imperfections will be as noted in the listing.

Cheapskate Direct do not refund or exchange in circumstances that:

• The item has been damaged by using it in a way it was not designed for
• Any found defects had been brought to attention previously, such as when purchasing a factory second or refurbished item
• Any found defects are as a result of normal wear and tear
